This Privacy Policy explains how LULUBLE Inc. (“LULUBLE,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information through our websites, online stores, membership pages, emails/SMS, and related services for the SknSprk brand (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If anything here conflicts with our Terms of Service as to the handling of personal information, this Privacy Policy controls.

1) What we collect

We collect information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you (“personal information”). Categories include:

  • Identifiers & contact: name, email, phone, billing/shipping addresses.

  • Commercial data: items viewed/added/purchased/returned, order totals, discounts, gift cards.

  • Payment & fulfillment: payment method details (processed by our processors), transaction metadata, shipping/tracking.

  • Account data: login, profile, preferences, saved addresses, marketing choices.

  • Device/usage data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, time on page, referring/exit pages, clickstream, approximate location.

  • Communications & UGC: emails, support messages, reviews, survey responses, form submissions.

  • Inferences: segments or preferences we derive to personalize content/ads.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., precise geolocation, government IDs, health data) and we ask that you do not submit it. If you voluntarily share such information (e.g., in free-text fields), we process it only to respond and then minimize/erase where feasible.

2) Why we use it (purposes & legal bases)

We use personal information to:

  • Provide the Services & fulfill contracts (process orders, payments, shipping, returns; operate accounts; member access).

    • EU/UK legal bases: contract; legitimate interests.

  • Personalize & improve (remember preferences, recommend products, measure performance, A/B test).

    • Bases: legitimate interests; consent where required for cookies.

  • Marketing & advertising (email/SMS with consent where required; on-site and cross-site ads; audience creation and suppression).

    • Bases: consent where required; legitimate interests otherwise.

  • Security & fraud prevention (detect, investigate, and prevent fraud/abuse, protect accounts, maintain integrity of our Services).

    • Bases: legitimate interests; legal obligation.

  • Legal & compliance (accounting/tax, responding to lawful requests, enforcing terms).

    • Bases: legal obligation; public interest where applicable.

You can opt out of promotional emails any time via the unsubscribe link by replying STOP.

3) How we disclose information

We disclose personal information to:

  • Commerce & infrastructure: our store/checkout host (e.g., Shopify), payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments/Stripe/PayPal), hosting/CDN, security providers.

  • Member-only content: our membership platform (e.g., Squarespace Member Areas) to operate member login and serve content.

  • Customer engagement: email/SMS providers (e.g., Mailchimp/Klaviyo), helpdesk (e.g., Gorgias), survey/form tools (Typeform, etc.).

  • Analytics & ads: analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and advertising partners (e.g., Meta/TikTok/Pinterest/Google Ads) to measure performance and deliver/limit ads.

  • Fulfillment & logistics: warehouses, 3PLs, carriers.

  • Professional services: auditors, legal, accounting.

  • Corporate events: in mergers, acquisitions, financing, or as required by law.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” (as defined in some U.S. state laws) limited identifiers, device/usage data, and inferences with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you opt out (see Your Privacy Choices below).

4) Cookies, analytics, and ads

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and advertise. You can manage preferences via:

  • Cookie Settings (link in footer) to enable/disable non-essential cookies.

  • Your Privacy Choices / Do Not Sell or Share (link in footer) to opt out of “sale/share” and targeted advertising where applicable.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out on that device/browser (and account, where we can match).

5) Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access/know, delete, correct, port, opt out of targeted advertising / sale/share, restrict/withdraw consent, and appeal a decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

  • Verification: We may verify identity (and agent authorization) as permitted by law.

  • Timing: We aim to respond within 45 days under U.S. state laws and 30 days under EU/UK law (extensions where permitted).

  • Appeals: If we deny your U.S. state request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email.

  • Regulators: EU/UK users may contact their data protection authority at any time.

California/US state notice at collection. We collect: identifiers, customer records, commercial data, internet/network activity, approximate location, and inferences for the purposes described above. We “share” limited data for targeted ads unless you opt out via Your Privacy Choices.

6) Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We also do not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to delete it.

7) Security

No security is perfect, but we maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. Please use unique, strong passwords and keep account credentials confidential.

8) Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Typical periods include: orders and tax records 5 years; account data while your account remains active; marketing data until you opt out or after a defined inactivity period.

9) International transfers

We may transfer, store, and process personal information outside your country (including in the United States). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK IDTA/Addendum.

10) Relationship with platforms (Shopify & others)

Our ecommerce storefront is hosted and operated with Shopify and other service providers. These providers also process personal information to deliver and improve their services and, in some cases, act as independent controllers (e.g., Shopify’s analytics across merchants).

11) Third-party links

The Services may link to third-party sites or services we don’t control. Their privacy and security practices govern your use of those properties.

12) Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice if required by law.
